BANTISARCHITECTS is an architectural and engineering office, with years of experience in design, development, and consulting.
Founded by architect Evripidis Bantis, the studio has been based in Thessaloniki since 2011. With a background in architectural studies at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master’s degree from TU Delft (NL) in Materialization and Design Development, Evripidis leads the practice with a clear focus on material integrity, spatial clarity, and purposeful design.
Our in-house team of architects, interior designers and civil engineers collaborates with trusted professionals from across disciplines to ensure that each project is both technically sound and creatively refined.

A refined coastal retreat blending stone, light tones, and generous outdoor spaces. Designed for seamless living between the architecture and the surrounding nature
Olive Homes Zakynthos
Set within an expansive olive grove in Zakynthos, Olive Homes comprises three independent villas designed to harmonise contemporary Mediterranean living with the island’s natural landscape. Simple geometric volumes, textured stone and earthy plaster create a dialogue between tradition and modernity.
Each villa unfolds as a sequence of sheltered and open-air spaces that blend seamlessly with the surroundings. Generous verandas, shaded dining areas and sculpted pool terraces frame the olive grove and offer a sense of calm seclusion. The material palette—handcrafted stone, warm timber and natural renders—anchors the architecture to its setting.
The design prioritises privacy, clarity of form and effortless indoor–outdoor living. Upper-level suites open to private terraces, while the ground floor extends directly toward the pool and garden.
Olive Homes embodies a restrained architectural approach where proportion, materiality and landscape integration define a serene Mediterranean retreat.

S Village Chalkidiki
Nestled on a serene coastal slope, this residential development is conceived as a contemporary retreat where Mediterranean architecture meets refined minimalism. The project consists of a series of private villas, each designed to frame uninterrupted views of the sea while offering a strong sense of privacy and calm.
The architectural language is defined by clean geometric volumes, textured stone surfaces, and warm wooden pergolas that filter the light and soften the transition between indoor and outdoor living. Every residence opens generously onto landscaped gardens with private pools, shaded terraces, and intimate lounges surrounded by olive trees and local vegetation — a deliberate nod to the natural character of the site.

This residential development introduces a contemporary urban living concept, defined by clean geometry, generous terraces, and an architectural language that emphasises openness, light, and refined minimalism. The composition is structured around strong horizontal lines, expressed through continuous balcony projections and transparent glass railings, creating a dynamic yet balanced façade.
A central vertical element organizes the building visually, enhancing its clarity and architectural identity, while subtle recesses and cantilevers generate depth and a sophisticated play of light and shadow throughout the day. The building’s form evolves with a sense of rhythm and fluidity, offering a distinctive presence within the urban context.

4* Boutique Hotel in Athens
Set within the urban fabric of Athens, the ex-industrial building is transformed into a 4star hotel. It is conceived as a spatial study in restraint and precision. The design employs a rigorous geometry and a limited material palette to shape a calm, coherent interior. Light is treated as a design element, animating surfaces of plaster, wood, and textile. Custom details and built-in elements reinforce a sense of permanence and spatial intent, offering a refined yet grounded hospitality experience.
Maltin Resort Chalkidiki
Maltin Resort is a coastal boutique retreat in Chalkidiki, designed as a seamless dialogue between architecture, water and Mediterranean landscape. A linear central pool organizes the composition, with a sequence of private suites arranged rhythmically along its length—each enjoying direct access to water and open views to the sea.
Minimal volumes, natural materials and soft, curated planting create an atmosphere of calm, while shaded lounges, pergolas and winding gravel paths enrich the guest experience. Exhibition Design: Ancient Greek Games
This conceptual exhibition reimagines the spirit of ancient Greek games within a contemporary industrial shell. Utilizing minimal metal structures, transparent materials, and strategic lighting, the design invites visitors to explore tactile and visual interpretations of traditional play. The spatial arrangement guides movement through zones of interaction, discovery, and reflection, while subtle references to classical order merge with a fresh, dynamic narrative on cultural heritage.

This urban development is located in Thermi, an upcoming suburb of Thessaloniki providing high standards of living.
U Bar Project
Originally a private house with a small yard, the space was completely re-imagined by BANTISARCHITECTS and transformed into a warm, contemporary all-day bar. The design preserves traces of the building’s past—exposed brickwork, tactile plaster, timber elements—while introducing a new architectural identity defined by custom lighting, crafted surfaces, and a welcoming material palette. The result is a sophisticated yet relaxed environment that balances nostalgia with modern hospitality design.
