Maltin Resort is a coastal boutique retreat in Chalkidiki, designed as a seamless dialogue between architecture, water and Mediterranean landscape. A linear central pool organizes the composition, with a sequence of private suites arranged rhythmically along its length—each enjoying direct access to water and open views to the sea.

Minimal volumes, natural materials and soft, curated planting create an atmosphere of calm, while shaded lounges, pergolas and winding gravel paths enrich the guest experience. The project combines clarity, privacy and slow-living aesthetics, offering a refined escape deeply rooted in its coastal setting
