This residential development introduces a contemporary urban living concept, defined by clean geometry, generous terraces, and an architectural language that emphasises openness, light, and refined minimalism. The composition is structured around strong horizontal lines, expressed through continuous balcony projections and transparent glass railings, creating a dynamic yet balanced façade.

A central vertical element organizes the building visually, enhancing its clarity and architectural identity, while subtle recesses and cantilevers generate depth and a sophisticated play of light and shadow throughout the day.
